• What this is. An AI estimate of your seasonal color type from one photo. It is a styling opinion, not a measurement. Lighting, filters, and makeup change the result.
• What you buy. The $19 unlock gives you the full palette and guide for one result, at a permanent link. One payment, no subscription.
• Refunds. If the result is clearly broken (no face found, failed cutout, wrong photo), email hello@vienne.ai within 7 days and you get your money back. Disagreeing with the season is not a defect, but email anyway and we will look at it.
• Your photo. You confirm you have the right to upload it. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
